Comfort-AirTM Cooling Systems
Today's central air-conditioning has a new name, its called Comfort-AirTM. Comfort-Air can be a cooling system alone added to an existing heating duct system using your furnace as the common fan.
New installations Include new duct systems and an outdoor air–conditioning unit connected to a new indoor air handler. Today's systems can provide humidity control while maintaining a healthy environment using today's high tech air cleaners. Comfort-Air heating can be added to a new duct system using hot water instead of an open flame under your duct system allowing the normal moisture in your air to remain intact instead of being "scorched out" by traditional hot air heating.
Multiple cooling zones are used with separate duct systems in today's larger homes. Cooling systems can provide heating when connected to advanced heating systems that provide all of your hot water needs while heating baseboards and your swimming pool too!
Today's Comfort-Air systems can be linked in with Solar Thermal systems providing Tomorrow's Systems Today!

What's the SEER rating mean?
Central air conditioners are rated according to their seasonal energy efficiency ratio, or SEER. This ratio is the cooling output divided by the power input and is calculated for the average U.S. climate. The higher the SEER, the more efficient the air conditioner.
New central AC systems must have a SEER of 13 or above. This represents a 30% improvement over 10-SEER units, which were the standard until 2006. Older central AC units typically have SEER ratings of only 6 or 7.
